-----( Part 2 )- ALL CITY SUBWAY RAMPAGE. - ROCKING THE WORLD!

QUIK joined us in late ’78, he was so wicked and crazy down I made him a Vice Prez. as well. Other early members were SE-3 (HAZE) who came out of retirement, REGAL-192 (Kid Funkadelic!), PADE (aka BIKE), later members included many old writers such as IZ THE WIZ, MOOSE-106, FUZZ-1,

SIKO ( BAD TEK ), KIK, SN ( SICK NICK), KB, KN,  T-KID, SACH, BOOZE, SHOCK-123, KEL-1st, RICH 2, SAGO, MIDG, BOE ( JULY / JL ), EL-3, JOE-61, KR 1, ROB 78, and many others were down but mostly got up for their own primary club(s) other than RTW. When RTW. Came around (‘76-‘77) most clubs were split up along racial lines. I was determined to make RTW. an interracial club.

We weren’t going to take any shit just because a lot of us were white, but we sure weren’t into any that Howard Beach shit either. We came from a neighborhood which was racially/culturally diverse. RTW Rapidly became allied with CIA whom were mostly Latino, and to TNA. (all Black), and OTB. Which was mixed. Later we became allies of  TSS., TB., TNS., TNB., ROC., and during RTW.’s later period under MIN-1 ( a/k/a NE ), WOW. Most probably know that The ”notorious” Vamp Squad (TVS.) was a combo of  RTW., TNB., and TD. If you had beef with anyone in TVS., then you also had a problem with RTW. and TD - The Destroyers ). WOW- Words of wisdom ) TVS - The Vamp Squad ). included: T-KID-170, SHOCK-123, KEL 1st, WAR-1, MIN 1,  RIN-1, SIK, BOOZE and others.

7.) WHAT WERE THE FIRST YARDS, AND LAY-UPS WHICH RTW. FOCUSED ON?, AND CAN YOU TELL US SOME OF THE EXPERIENCES YOU HAD THERE?

The 1-tunnel, and 1 elevated lay-ups were definitely RTW’s first homes. We put in a lot of hours freezing to death at those  lay-ups. Later, we were regulars at the City Hall RR Lay-up, RR lay-ups in Astoria, the Pitkin Ave, A-yard, A elevated lay-ups in Queens, the Sheepshead Bay D Lay-ups, 2’s and

3’s in the New Lots yard and the #3-yard and, the M-yard. These were the main focus but we went everywhere, we were All-City by 1980. In early ‘80’s, RTW took over the AA-yard (or tunnel,

whichever you prefer), I loved that place since my local line were the 8th Ave. trains (AA's, B's, CC's). The place was basically an underground train yard of modest size, maybe 8 lanes in all, it was directly under the old theater where Malcolm X was killed. We definitely made this spot our own, QUIK, and I

used to run everybody else out of the place. Since we were both older, and bigger than most writers we would play like we were either transit cops or track-bums and run them off. The place was not the best place to be in if you got raided since it only had one way out, but luckily that never happened to us. I also dug the Pitkin A-yard, it was huge and usually a pretty safe place to bomb. One Christmas eve, I remember tearing the place up with FUZZ-1 and NIC-707, we had a blast, no one was there. One time FUZZ and I hit three different places within a 24 hr. period, the Pitkin A-yard, the E and F tunnels, and the #7 yard in broad daylight.

 8. )  YOU WERE THE FIRST RTW MEMBER TO GO ALL_CITY, WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO HIT OTHER LINES AND CAN YOU TELL US YOUR EXPERIENCES HITTING THE YARDS & LAY-UPS IN THE BRONX, BROOKLYN, AND QUEENS?

I believe what started my city-wide thing was when TREAD-1 and his family moved out to Astoria, Queens in 1977. They moved into a house right next to the RR elevated. TREAD and I began wompin’ the RR’s, he would mostly kill the insides while I would do both insides and outsides. Soon after this

HUGHIE-167, and HUNT-167 turned me onto the RR City Hall Lay-up. It just became a strong desire to hit all these different lines. REVOLT and I would rock the RR's, N's, Q's, GG's, and E's and F lines during the winter of ’78. After awhile we just ended up everywhere. I’ve bombed the #1, 2, 5, 6, and D lines in the Bronx. I remember going to the D-yard a lot, mostly with T-KID. The only time I ever went writing with TRACY-168 was at the D yard (also with T-KID). In my borough (Manhattan) we would rock the #1's, #3's, RR's, AA's, B's, CC lines ,N's, and Q's as well as the Ghost-yard where we would catch other train lines. In Brooklyn I’ve been to the Sheepshead, and Bay-50 spots (D’s), the LL Halseylay-up, the GG winter lay-ups, and the A-yard (Pitkin). In Queens I hit everything (the #7-yard, the M-yard, the E yard and the E and F tunnels. I also used to spend a lot of time with MIN-1, and

RASTA at the A lay-ups out by Lefferts Blvd. It’s impossible to recall all the places and times but the above mostly covers my times. Two  lines which I never hit were the 4-train, and the J line. I also never went to the Sunset Park BMT yard. I remember early on (-‘78’79?) MIN-1 used to go bombing on the 4’s a lot with BAN-2 (OTB.2nd.Prez.), or TNA crew. He used to always try to get me to go there but I just never got around to it. I think my favorite places were the Ghost-yard (aka. the 207th street maintenance yard), the #1-tunnel, and the AA-yard. The AA-yard (or tunnel) was exclusively RTW. Property for ’79-’82, like I said earlier QUIK and I used to run off everybody .
